A Brain That Doesn't Lose Things

Running a fabrication shop and building tech alongside it generates a lot of paper trail. Quotes. Photos. Decisions. AI drafts. Screenshots. Voice memos. Without structure, all of that scatters — three places at once, or no place at all.

So I built a structured second brain.

Three places, one source of truth each

• Google Drive — business files, customer records, photos, receipts, signed PDFs.
• GitHub — code, prompts, SOPs, schemas, command rules, versioned decisions.
• Local workbench — Unreal, Blender, raw media, large assets.

AI drafts get reviewed before they're official

Every AI-generated artifact — a prompt, an SOP, a draft email, a code snippet — lands in an AI Inbox first. It only becomes part of the canon after it's reviewed and explicitly promoted. The promotion log records what got approved and where it went, so a year from now I can still answer the question "why did we decide this?"

The NEWƎИ command system

Commands like NEWEN__ALIGN, NEWEN__ROUTE, NEWEN__REVIEW, NEWEN__ESCALATE keep every AI conversation aligned with the same rules: don't claim something is official until it's been reviewed, don't store secrets, never overwrite approved files, escalate when evidence is missing.

Why this matters

If my computer crashes tomorrow, the work isn't gone. The brain is backed up to GitHub. The customer files are in Drive. The heavy assets are on a separate drive. And every meaningful decision has a written trail.

Boring. Useful. Hard to lose.
